We collect only the minimum necessary information required to deliver our AI photo generation services:

• Account Information: When you register or sign in via Google Sign-In or email, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture URL to authenticate you and sync your Stars/Credits.
• Uploaded Photos: Photos you upload from your camera or photo library to generate stylized portraits. These images are used solely to perform the AI generation you specifically request.
• Device & Diagnostics: Anonymous device identifiers, device model, operating system version, and general network country code to configure pricing, regional templates, and performance metrics.
• In-App Purchases & Stars: Purchase transaction tokens from Google Play Billing to credit Stars to your balance and track optional ad-free periods. We never receive or store your raw payment details (credit card/debit card numbers).

🤖 3. How We Process AI Photos

When you create an AI photo:

• Your input image is securely transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels to our secure processing infrastructure.
• Images are analyzed strictly to detect facial landmarks and apply your selected template aesthetic.
• We do not use your uploaded face images to train generalized public AI foundation models.
• Temporary processing artifacts are automatically purged from volatile GPU memory immediately following generation completion.

🔒 4. Data Storage & Retention

We maintain rigorous storage and retention protocols:

• Generated Creations: Saved securely to allow you to view and download them in the “My Creations” tab. You can delete individual creations at any time.
• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Data Purging: You may request complete, permanent deletion of your account and all associated photos at any time via the app or our dedicated Data Deletion page.

📢 5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

DreamPhoto AI integrates select industry-standard partner SDKs:

• Google AdMob: Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads to support free generations. Google AdMob may collect device advertising IDs (GAID) in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Play In-App Billing: Handles in-app purchases of Stars securely according to Google Play terms.
• Firebase Authentication & Analytics: Provides secure authentication and crash reporting.

👶 6. Children’s Privacy

DreamPhoto AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
