Google Play Data Deletion Policy
In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and global data privacy standards, DreamPhoto AI provides all users with a straightforward way to request the complete and permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
What happens when your account and data are deleted:
- Profile & Identity: Your name, email address, profile picture URL, and Google OAuth credentials are permanently erased from our databases.
- Photos & Media: All uploaded facial portrait images, reference selfies, and AI-generated photos stored in your cloud creations gallery are permanently deleted.
- Device Identifiers: Anonymous device tokens, Firebase installation tokens, and crash analytics links are permanently purged.
- Stars & Credits: Any unused Star balance and active ad-free passes are permanently forfeited.
- Irreversible: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and photo creations cannot be recovered.
Data Retention Information
We do not retain any of your personal images or profile information after deletion. The only records retained are anonymized Google Play order transaction identifiers, which we are legally required to maintain for financial accounting, tax compliance, and anti-fraud auditing under applicable commerce laws.
Deletion Timeline
Requests submitted via this form are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and in all cases within a maximum of 30 days as required by global data privacy standards.
