By downloading, installing, or using DreamPhoto AI (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

👤 2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access full features of the App, you may register using Google Sign-In or email. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

⭐ 3. Stars, In-App Purchases & Refunds

DreamPhoto AI utilizes a virtual credit system known as “Stars”:

• Photoshoot Cost: Generating an AI photoshoot consumes Stars from your account balance as indicated in the template.
• Purchases: Stars can be purchased via Google Play In-App Billing. All pricing is clearly displayed within the app in your local currency.
• Bonus Ad-Free Access: Purchasing select Star bundles grants temporary ad-free status (removing banner and interstitial ads) for the period specified at purchase.
• Refund Policy: In-app purchases of Stars are digital goods consumed upon use and are processed via Google Play. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play’s standard refund policies.
• Failed Generations: If an AI photoshoot fails due to server timeout or processing error, the Star is automatically refunded to your balance.

📸 4. User Content & Acceptable Use

You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant DreamPhoto AI a temporary license strictly to process the AI photoshoot requested.

You strictly agree NOT to upload, generate, or share any content that:

• Depicts or promotes nudity, sexual violence, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Depicts minors in any harmful, exploitative, or inappropriate manner.
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, defamation, or threats of violence.
• Infringes upon any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Uploads photos of other individuals without their explicit, informed consent.

🎨 5. Intellectual Property & Generated Artwork

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted full personal and commercial rights to download, display, and share the AI-generated photos created through your account.

⚠️ 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DreamPhoto AI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for realistic and beautiful outputs, AI generation results may vary based on photo lighting, angle, and facial clarity.

⚖️ 7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or engage in fraudulent activities. You may delete your account at any time via the App or our Data Deletion page.
